Our Story

CRECE was born out of a desire for positive change. Our founders, Paulina and Diego, met a remarkable Venezuelan woman who'd come to Poland, tricked by an agency into a human trafficking situation. While helping out at their home with the kids, she shared her story – a tough journey, waiting for her chance to start from scratch and awaiting her "karta pobytu" (residence card).

Hearing her story, Diego was motivated to bring to life this project – more than just a job place, but a space where people can learn the language, and fit into a new life in Poland. At CRECE we're all about empowering these individuals to grow and seamlessly transition into their dream careers in Poland.
